Riders and Drivers must complete and sign a waiver. This can be completed during online booking, or provided at check-in.
Drivers must be 21+ and have a valid drivers license.
Elk Mountain Riding Company has the right to refuse drivers and riders over any suspicion or concern of safety. Refunds for refusing your participation may or may not be given pending circumstances.
